We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a return and exchange policy with the following conditions:
Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 21 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility: The item(s) must be in unused, unworn, and unwashed condition. Exchanges, which are only available for apparel, are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Damaged or Defective Item(s): All items are inspected carefully for defects prior to being shipped. If your item was damaged during shipping or you believe the product is defective, please contact us immediately at the form below with your order number and a photo of the item. We will provide instructions for returning the item and issue a full refund or exchange, including shipping costs. We want you to love your product as much as we love making them!
How to Request a Refund or Exchange: Complete the form below within 21 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.
Ship the Item(s) Back: Once your return or exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us. Except for damaged items, you are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s).
Processing Your Return or Exchange: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and exchanges will be shipped out as soon as possible. If rejected, we will return the item to you if requested.
