Every order is packed and shipped by us – no warehouses, no middlemen. Here's what to expect.
Processing Time
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. During drops and holiday seasons, processing may take a little longer – we'll note any delays on the product page and in your order confirmation.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days via USPS. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders over $75 ship free.
Where We Ship
We currently ship anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories – fitting, since that's where all 63 national parks live. Shipping somewhere else? Email us at nick@weekendtripdesigns.com and we'll see what we can do.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is with the carrier, delivery timing is in their hands – but if your order seems lost or arrives damaged, email us at nick@weekendtripdesigns.com with your order number (and a photo, if damaged). We'll make it right.
Order Changes & Address Corrections
Need to fix a shipping address or change an order? Email us as soon as possible – we can usually catch it before it ships. Once an order is in transit, we can't reroute it.
