Return Window
Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligible Items
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. If your item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong product, we'll cover return shipping – just include a photo when you reach out.
Final Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Sale and clearance items
- Stickers, pins, and small goods
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange for a different size, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method. One size exchange per item.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email nick@weekendtripdesigns.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and the reason.
- We'll respond within 24 hours with approval and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the item(s) back to us. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 3–5 business days.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrived damaged or we made a mistake, email us at nick@weekendtripdesigns.com with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund – your choice.
